I received a lovely surprise last Thursday night. When my dad got home, he told me that my cousin asked him to give something to me. When he handed it over, I squealed. It was a photo of Andy Murray, taken by my cousin's parents when they were watching him at the US Open. Squee. Squee. Squeeeee. :)
Muzz isn't really my top tennis player, it's actually Rafa! ♥ But the cousin 'converted' me, made me into a Muzz fan too. But Rafa is still number one for me.

Excessive fangirling is not good for your health. One will experience weakening of the knees (which does not help at all since I already have very weak knees), quickening of the heart that may lead to palpitation and hyperventilation (so not helping with my asthma), uncontrollable spilling of drool caused by overactive saliva glands (er, yeah), and the unsatiable urgency to plaster your head on and lick the screen.
Bah, who cares.

I found out yesterday that I'm not completely free from uni, after all. I still have to get this clearance form sorted out. I also have to go to this stupid guidance interview which I firmly find completely useless and a good waste of my time. I also have to go to this freaking seminar later today for all the seniors, which is another complete waste of my 4 hours. 4 freaking hours. Gah.
Oh and the best thing? My professor from my other course, Cultural Heritage, just told me yesterday that I still need to do a presentation of my dissertation.
Pft.

I don't know if I should laugh or die of jealousy. SHE.GOT.TO.KISS.VEEYAH.
I am laughing because she is crazy. I mean, I pretty much fangirl a lot like crazy (and I mean A LOT), but there is no way I will be able to pull this off. Not that I don't want to kiss Dahveed and make out with BB Silva, I do. But not this way! This girl made me feel as if I was normal. Hehehe.

I've got mixed reactions to this. I've been a Chris Brown fan for so long. I admire him for his clean image, his voice, his songs, and most especially his dance skills. But this whole drama made me rethink about this.
I feel so sad for Rihanna, and so angry at CB. I'm not that much of fan of Rihanna, but no man has the right to beat up any woman! I was so sad for them, more for Rihanna. They were such a good couple, so in love, so cute, so... perfect. It was really heartbreaking, this whole incident.
But now they've reconciled. They're back together! Jeez, are you insane, Rihanna? After what he's done to you, you still find strength to go back to him? Seriously. Come on.
But who are we to judge, right? Love makes us do silly and stupid things. Oh well. I can only pray that Chris Brown learns from his mistakes and never hurt her again.
Beach Weekend
Since last week, my fave aunt and her family (all are living in Rancho Cucamonga, LA) went here for a visit. I'm really glad they are here and I'm having so much fun with them. Last week, we stayed at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel for 4 days. I love it there, its one of my fave hotels here in Metro Manila. It was a bit of bad timing though, cos I had to study for my finals while vacationing. But still, I had loads of fun!
So now we're in Subic, a place north of Manila. It's a pretty okay place, but lets just say that this isn't my favorite. But since everyone wanted to go to the beach, and we didn't have time drive to or to fly to other farther islands, we settled for this. I've got no complaints though, and everyone is happy! We're staying at Playa Papagayo, a very cute, rustic beach inn. Reminds me of the beach inns and hotels we stayed in while we were in Palawan. Our room is very cute:

We're staying overnight. I went for a swim this afternoon but again the sun and my skin are not best friends. They hate each other like hell. Which sucks for me cos I always love getting those tans! I only end up with either red, or half a shade darker, or a shade darker at the most, if I'm lucky. So tomorrow later I'm planning to stay under the sun for at least 3 hours just to get a decent tan.
Didn't realize its almost 3am now. Really have to get to bed.
